Wire & Cables 102 for Purchasing and Sales Professionals
For purchasing, sales, and marketing folks new to the industry, this free, live webinar is designed to provide foundation information about electric cable conductors, insulation, as well as an introduction into regulatory agencies.
This webinar will help you, the beginner, understand what is most important about conductors and insulation so you can cut through the fog of cable jargon. Conductors can be copper or aluminum, tin-plated or bare, stranded or solid -- among a whole host of other attributes that matter, but might seem daunting to the beginner. Insulation is sometimes plastic, rubber, or Teflon; and oftentimes confused by acronyms like CPE, PUR, or PVDF that seem to offer no meaningful clue about their utility.
Your information will be used to send you the presentation and subscribe you to the IEWC Network. You may unsubscribe at any time.
This webinar includes:
- Insulation and jackets
- CSA and UL agency approvals
- Live Q&A with the presenter
